Color Tour

It is now late spring, and summer will soon be upon us.  With camera in hand I went out to check on our flower gardens.  Here is part of what I saw:

You might call the clover among the daises a weed, but I like them.

A brief pop-up shower Monday afternoon should perk things up a bit.  The veggie garden got better attention and more moisture.

About Chuck

I am retired after a career in electronics and in publishing. Today, my wife of 50+ years, Sylvia, and I live in a house on a hill beside a dirt road in rural west Michigan. We enjoy living in this country environment where livestock and wild life out number the human population.

  1. This makes me wish I had the drive to plant a flower garden. I often think about it, but it somehow never happens.

  2. Beautiful! I love to see your garden…especially the veggie garden in full action! You have quite the green thumb, dear friend.

    • The veggie garden is looking good, just not as pretty as the flowers. It will be less colorful this year. We didn’t plant any kale, and that is always as good to look at as it is nutritious loaded with iron and calcium.

Sylvia gets the credit for our gardens. She does most of the work. I must shoot pix and post them online.
