Flashback Friday is hosted by Camille. (Click on the badge to visit her blog, which is the home of Flashback Friday.) Won’t you consider joining in the fun?
Last week, I shared a photo of our younger son. Here’s one of his older brother that was taken four years earlier. Most of our photos in 1965 were shot on B & W film. Color would come a bit later for us.
I sure would like to be that thin again. But time moves on and so must we.
Wow- I would not have recognized you. I can see more of “you” in your childhood pics. But it’s a great shot.
Uh . . . Thanks . . . I think. 8)
I’d like to be that young AND that thin. 🙂
Both kids just left for Col’s college this week. Joe and I empty-nesters for most of the week. This photo just reminds me of how fast they grow up.
Hey, I’d settle to be that thin again.
At first, it was difficult to be an empty-nester. We soon got over that. You will too, but it may take some time for you to realize it. 😉
I looked for the meme yesterday, but I guess it was too early. 🙂 This is a good one. I love the black & white photos. I used to sit down and go through my gram’s albums all of the time when I was a kid, and all of the pics were b&w back in there too.
You guys are a handsome couple of fellas. Is that Sylvia you’re smiling at? 🙂
It appears that Camille didn’t post on Friday. I’ve enjoyed having the excuse to share some old photos.
Yes, we are smiling at Sylvia.
Gotta say, this is the Chuck I remember best :*)
I remember you best from those years too. It’s nice to be back in touch.
