Must Read!

I’ve felt “flat” all this week.  I usually post ahead and have items lined up in the queue to publish at 4 AM Eastern.  I haven’t been all that good at doing it this week.  I’ve had ideas, just lacked desire and drive to convert them into something that you might read.  A couple of my friends have reported similar experiences.  I hope it’s just summer and a case of the blahs.

Yesterday, I was making my bloggy rounds and visited my sister Clara’s blog.  You should visit and read her post from Tuesday.

Clara (the photographer) and Rick came to visit Midnight
shortly after we brought him in from the barn last December.

Sylvia and I made the change nearly four months ago after reading that book.  We are glad that we did.

Okay, I’m not saying a lot here.  That’s because Clara said it for me, and I really do want you to visit her today.  Leave a comment and tell her, “Chuck sent me.”

Here’s wishing you and yours health and happiness.

About Chuck

I am retired after a career in electronics and in publishing. Today, my wife of 50+ years, Sylvia, and I live in a house on a hill beside a dirt road in rural west Michigan. We enjoy living in this country environment where livestock and wild life out number the human population.

  1. Thanks Chuck. For all the visitors and the encouragement. I'm glad you pointed me at the book. I feel like a totally new person.

And I agree with Sharky, too. It's the heat.

  2. I don't often write things ahead of time. My posts are usually time-sensitive, and I'm a "stream of consciousness" kind of writer, lol.

I agree with Shark– the heat is too much. But we now have bats in the garage (where we have our temporary kitchen), so we have to work even harder to finish our summer projects. *sigh*

  3. I thought it was just me and I was feeling bad about it. I haven't had the time to blog hop lately and I'm not all that interested in it as well. Seems that the last of the sitting in the yard is calling or we are super busy. Well, soon enough we'll have more than enough hours to sit on the computer when winter comes. Sigh.

  4. I know what you mean about the posting in the Que thing. I am busy working on it so, while we're on vacation I will had a post on one of my blogs every day.Between recipes on my Kitchen, and articles on Living healthy and At home. I have been real busy.
I hope to be able to post while on vacation, but sometimes that doesn't work out. I really like having the post done early, I post mine at midnight or a little after. Well off to Clara's now to check her post out.
