Midnight Monday

It all began with an exchange of e-mail messages. And then a package arrived in the mailbox out by the road. There was a note from Lin and some rings from the top of milk bottles and four sparkle balls. These are really neat.

Midnight was completely taken with his new toys. They are sparkly and pretty. When you swat them they go flying. Because they are light and spongy even our little kitty can pick them up and carry them around.

Also they are a lot of fun to wrestle with and roll on the floor.

Midnight is too busy having fun with his new toys. So I’ll say, “Thanks Lin.” As you can see, your gifts are greatly appreciated.

About Chuck

I am retired after a career in electronics and in publishing. Today, my wife of 50+ years, Sylvia, and I live in a house on a hill beside a dirt road in rural west Michigan. We enjoy living in this country environment where livestock and wild life out number the human population.

  1. Why yes, I am indeed quite adorable. (I hope this doesn't mean I have to go to the vet now.)

  2. Fish, What kind of toys to hawks play with?

    Dawn, I love them too.

Lin, He sure loves those glitter balls. Can't get enough time with them.

Sharkbytes, Good insight there. Yes he is an adorable darling, but he can be very aggressive. We'll keep working with him and paying the price. 🙂

  3. Hawks like dead chipmunks and mice, Lin- I'm sure you're just ready to send a box of those in the mail!
He is a cute little kitty, Chuck!

  4. Auntie Lin knows what makes the kitties happy. 🙂 I'm glad my new kitty friend is doing well–he is ADORABLE!

As for Fish–I don't know what on earth it would take to make HIM happy. LOL!
