Midnight Guards His People

I Love Midnight Monday

We were relaxing on a lazy afternoon when Midnight broke the stillness with a cry of, “Snake.”

He was a blur as he spun and captured the intruder in his long and very sharp feline teeth.  If you blinked, you missed it.

Then with determination and ferocity he went after the intruder.

At last, the snake was subdued and Midnight could rest from his frantic exertions to protect his people from this terrible threat.

We feel much more secure with Midnight on duty.  He really watches out for us and keeps us safe.

  1. EEEEK!! And it was the worst snake of all–the EVIL white snake!!

Whew! Thank goodness Midnight is there to protect you all from snakes, milk rings, and sparkle balls. 😉

  2. Oh dear, the evil snake monster!! Midnight is quite the hero. And he is getting so big!

  3. I notice that he's working just as hard at it as any cat would. (Lying on side, using only the tools needed to get the job done). Cats are above over-exertion.

  4. You're sure lucky to have Midnight around to protect you! Who knows what havoc that snake could have caused.

  5. Oh all cats love string 🙂 I have a lanyard on the end of my camera and my friends cat Bob is always trying to eat it.
