Recently, my sister Clara and her hubby, Rick, braved the secondary roads and came to visit us. I suspect that they just wanted to get acquainted with Midnight, our once feral kitten.
There is something about shoes that captures Midnight’s full attention. In no time he was on the attack, wrestling with Rick’s shoe. I took the above shot, and Sylvia asked me to pass the camera to her — she had a better angle.
And Sylvia captured this image with our little guy on the attack while Rick grinned and Clara captured an image from the other side. Do you think he’s trying to dance with Rick?
Soon, Midnight was on Rick’s lap. He will do that, but he’s just trying to lull you into lowering your hands into range so he can attack. We patiently work with him as we laugh at his antics and enjoy our latest addition to the household.
PJ, Our little terrorist has certainly left his marks on us. He's just being true to his predator nature.
Lin, He does look healthy. Acts it too.
Look at that fat little belly on him!
that's what always freaked me out about cats i think. when they just come out of nowhere and dig their claws into you. i haven't quite gotten over that yet. have a great night!
Sharkbytes, He is feisty indeed!
Vanilla, You might want to check with your dog first.
Pricilla, Ouch is right. Especially when he sinks those claws in my ankle.
How cute. Sherpa attacks too, but bare feet. Ouch!
So am I going to have to experience a conversion of attitude and get a cat? Looks like great fun.
He is quite the feisty little dance king!
