More Midnight

Feral cat and heart-stealing rascal — that’s Midnight. I introduced you yesterday, but there’s more to the story. Read on if you are interested.

Here’s the stick he’s played with for weeks. He has stripped the bark off the end as he has chewed and clawed on his scrawny friend.

You should know that Midnight looks up to me. Okay, I have a 5-foot altitude advantage. You can be sure that it’s the only reason why.

Midnight reminded me today that he’s looking forward to Fangsgiving Day.

Children, behave yourselves! Midnight is watching you.

  1. He reminds me of a computer pinball game I liked- when you lost your ball it gave an evil laugh and said "Midnight!"

  2. A neighbor and friend from church wrote this in an e-mail:

I loved the tail (tale) of Midnight. Hope to see more of him and his Secondary Roads adventures. Looks like he has a very skinny, scrawny, bald friend wearing a few tatters and bite marks. [She's talking about his stick — not me] He's a cute kitty who has found himself a good home. Connie

  3. aka Katie, Yeah, me too.

Pricilla, There no use in trying to hide it. What is — is.
