12 A scoundrel and villain,
who goes about with a corrupt mouth,

signals with his feet
and motions with his fingers,

What goes around comes around?
It's all about intention. Whether a smile on our face or a wink if the intention behind the facade is negative, it is wrong and therefore destructive.
