About Chuck
I am retired after a career in electronics and in publishing. Today, my wife of 50+ years, Sylvia, and I live in a house on a hill beside a dirt road in rural west Michigan. We enjoy living in this country environment where livestock and wild life out number the human population.
The last one reminds me of the plum tree we had in Ohio. So beautiful! We have amazing flowers and trees here in Costa Rica, but there is something so wonderful about the spring up north; I love the rebirth of everything. Thanks for sharing your photos.

views of spring love it. thanks
Did Sylvia let you use her new camera??? Those are great shots! Good eye and focus. Now go find some funky neighbor photos for me!
The photos are of:
Maple leaf
Crab Apple blossom
Cherry blossom
Flowering shrub.
I don’t know the name of the reddish flowering shrub, which has red leaves and stems and those delightful blossoms.

Very vibrant and color. Definitely signs of the season.
I was intrigued to visit your WW based on the title “secondary roads.” I will have to look around a bit more. You might like my entry from last week, actually. http://www.ptank.com/blog/2009/05/wordless-wednesday-finished/
Fantastic pictures. One and two are my favorites. I love the sharpness of the leaves in the first one and the depth of field.
I can smell the fragrance here 🙂
Ooh pretty!!!!!! What is that last one?
