My life away from the hustle and bustle
Our neighbor when I was growing up really became a crazy cat lady. I think I'll pass. More likely to be surrounded by dogs. But they are very cute.
My aunt works at Animal Control and is always looking for foster parents for kittens. Wouldn't that be glorious–kittens all the time and then they find homes for them??? Somehow I've got to convince Joe to let me do that when the kids leave. 😉

I'm a more methodical crazy cat lady. I get one kitten at a time, so I always have a kitten around. Oh they just grow up too too fast!!!

There was a time when the publicist was taking care of abandoned and feral kittens and cats (when she lived in a wildlife refuge where cats were regularly dumped)that she somehow (?)amassed 17 cats. 15 of which were black.
She was very happy. The male person was starting to question his choice of a wife.
The house was 1200 sq ft.
The kittens were ultimately placed, as was the plan but the poor things needed to be bottle fed for a bit before they were old enough. And yes, the male person took shifts to do so.
He loves the publicist.
