Our good friends Angel and Edeline García are with us. They arrived yesterday and will be leaving a bit later today. We enjoy our time with them. A lot. They enjoy coming here where it is quiet and they can enjoy some “down time.”
They brought their grandson, Joshua, with them. He’ll be 14 months old next week. We’ve enjoyed having such a happy and well behaved child in our house. I’ve had a lot of fun laughing and playing peek games with him. :whaa: Sylvia is enjoying loving on the baby.
I’d post more today, but I don’t want to spend more time here at the computer. Not when there’s a happy youngster to play with. 😆
C U 2morrow. TTFN
He looks like he’s pretty much in charge!
You, my friend, are very perceptive. 😉 Babies quickly learn how to do that, don’t they? 😉
The grandparents must be brimming with energy to travel with a 14-month old! I was ready for a nap by your second sentence.
:ha:
They are high-energy folk and do their regular work outs. Joshua gave them all the exercise they wanted. :beam: I’m ready for a nap right now. 😆
Awwww, how fun to have a) some good company and b) a little one to enjoy! But you forget how exhausting it is to keep up with them. I’m guessing a nap is in order? 😉
Kids are fun and this one has a sweet and pleasant disposition. :angelic: He was most tiring to his grandma. :surrender
Nevertheless, it’s [almost] always a good time for a nap. :zz:
I may post more pix next week. Right now, Sylvia has the camera with her. She has left on a sisters’ getaway. But the fridge is well stocked. :food: And she wont be gone that long. 😀 This time.
Dear Chuck & Sylvia,
Thanks for your gracious hospitality. You always make us feel so loved. Thanks for playing & making Joshuacito laugh. We are so blessed to have you in our lives. Our cup runs over.
Les amamos,
Joshuacito, Edeline & Angelito
Mas de placer, es bendición para nosotros verles otra vez. We too are blessed as we send our love in return.
Walking away from the computer to play with a child: Redeeming the time. Priceless.
Priceless indeed. Now they are gone. 🙁 Sylvia too. 😥
It is sooo quiet in the house. :zz:
