First Snow

The first snow to stick to the ground this season fell yesterday.  As Sylvia said, “At least it’s Veteran’s Day and we don’t have to get the mail.”  But that’s not the only reason we were glad it was Veteran’s Day.  We are glad to honor those who have worn the uniform and served our nation.

But back to the snow.  It wasn’t a lot, but there will be more to come.  Won’t there?

Excuse me.  I need to find my comfy sweat shirt.  I’m feeling chilly.  How about you?

    • We saw snow in October, but it was gone by the time it hit the ground. :dontknow: I do love Michigan summers–so much so that I tolerate the winters.

    • Glad you’re back home after your Ohio outing. I’m thinking that the little bit of snow left here won’t survive the rest of this day. :surrender:

  1. It’s gonna be in the 60’s on Sunday!! I guess it’s not time for the snow to stick just yet. Whew!

Glad you are back posting! 🙂

    • An auto supply store has products that will displace that water from seals our locks so they won’t freeze. Check it out. 🙂
