It is now late spring, and summer will soon be upon us. With camera in hand I went out to check on our flower gardens. Here is part of what I saw:
You might call the clover among the daises a weed, but I like them.
A brief pop-up shower Monday afternoon should perk things up a bit. The veggie garden got better attention and more moisture.
Where you point the lens
there beauty is recorded.
There in your gardens.
Nice haiku, my friend.
The lens has limits.
Not all beauty it takes in,
Sees not the hidden
This makes me wish I had the drive to plant a flower garden. I often think about it, but it somehow never happens.
It’s my wife, Sylvia, who makes it happen. If it were up to me, I’d settle for wild flowers.
Beautiful! I love to see your garden…especially the veggie garden in full action! You have quite the green thumb, dear friend.
The veggie garden is looking good, just not as pretty as the flowers. It will be less colorful this year. We didn’t plant any kale, and that is always as good to look at as it is nutritious loaded with iron and calcium.
Sylvia gets the credit for our gardens. She does most of the work. I must shoot pix and post them online.
Wow, just wow! Enjoy.
Thanks, Vee. I do enjoy it each and every day that God gives me.
