About Chuck
I am retired after a career in electronics and in publishing. Today, my wife of 50+ years, Sylvia, and I live in a house on a hill beside a dirt road in rural west Michigan. We enjoy living in this country environment where livestock and wild life out number the human population.
I love hollyhocks, but prefer the single ones. Still… great color!
I think this might actually be the first time I've ever seen hollyhocks. Very nice looking flowers. I like red.
Beautiful shots!
Glorious. Thanks for the virtual garden!
I love them both. I am very partial to roses.
I'm with Vanilla–the hollyhocks aren't so great here either.
Those are lovely shots, Chuck! I'm jealous–I just realized that I don't have a single red flower in my garden. I tend towards yellows, pinks, and purples for some reason.
Last year, hollyhocks abundant. This year, very little. So I'll enjoy yours today.
