The snow drops are looking great. Appropriate for today. Starting last night, we had snow. Fortunately it wasn’t the three to five inches indicated in the forecast. With above freezing temperatures, the snow is not lasting long.
Earlier, I managed to capture these images.
Daffodils have begun to blossom. These are miniatures–very nice.
I can’t remember the name of these beauties that grow on the lawn near the barn. Can you help me with that? Later, the center will develop more yellow. They bring joy to those who view them.
Looking at your beautiful spring flower photos and looking out at this beautiful ,sunny day with a completely blue sky makes us feel happy for sure !
It is another lovely day, isn’t it? We’re happy here too.
So enjoyed your photos, you tend to get good ones everytime. I miss my garden & all that come back each year. They do have lovely gardens here at our apartment building, it’s never the same as getting your hands dirty. As for your “snow day” we for a change were just smiling and enjoying the sunshine. I LOVE the UP :frolic:
Thanks, Beverly. We have a lot of garden here.
I can’t see the pictures, they’re thumbnail-sized but I can’t click to make them bigger. Sorry to hear you got snow, but hurrah it’s not sticking around long. 🙂
Sorry to read that you’re not seeing the pix full-size. I use 600-pixel-wide images on this blog. Today the snow is completely gone. Tomorrow they forecast a high temp of 70 F.
I can see the pictures now. They are lovely!! And hurrah for 70-degree weather!! It’s exactly that temperature here right now!! It feels great! :cloud9:
My body rejoices at winter’s passing.
I love the resiliency of spring flowers. Me…I’m not so good at that. I am crabby that it is still cold, damp, and wet.
These are GREAT photos of your blooms. I enjoyed them today. And I hope you didn’t get much snow.
Hats off to the flowers of spring. This cold, damp weather does not agree with me either. The snow is nearly gone since the precipitation switched over to rain. We saw signs of sleet on the windows as we ate supper. Sylvia reported water over our road at the nearest intersection. The drain tubes can’t handle this volume of water.
I’ve been having fond memories of Costa Rica today . . .
Wow, just wow!
Thanks. I share that sentiment.
