First day of winter,
Weak sun does not overcome,
The cold icy wind.

About Chuck

I am retired after a career in electronics and in publishing. Today, my wife of 50+ years, Sylvia, and I live in a house on a hill beside a dirt road in rural west Michigan. We enjoy living in this country environment where livestock and wild life out number the human population.

  1. Methinks I see a female cardinal, a titmouse and a nuthatch. Was Midnight at the bottom of the tree planning the attack?

  2. Sharkbytes, Did you find all three birds? I missed the shot with the male cardinal.

PJ, Thanks. The hoar frost certainly adds a special touch and the timing was great. Hope your day is wonder-filled.

Pricilla, I'm sorry darling. Your publicist is going to take care of you, but you'll miss playing I'm sure.
