About Chuck
I am retired after a career in electronics and in publishing. Today, my wife of 50+ years, Sylvia, and I live in a house on a hill beside a dirt road in rural west Michigan. We enjoy living in this country environment where livestock and wild life out number the human population.
Mmmmmm.
How many did you wind up eating when you were done snapping?

beautiful berry Chuck! love to eat that one! yummy and fresh!
Yum! What else is there to say?
very good shots and you are making me hungry!!
We love raspberries and black berries at our house!!! Just delicious. Going to have to get some soon.
The berries are coming along really nice. Nice pictures.
Those look good!
Ooooo, yummy! Makes me think of G'pa W and his big raspberry patch. I'll have mine with milk and sugar, please!
Raspberries have the most wonderful flavor. We take them and black caps (aka black raspberries) and run them through the juicer. Sylvia makes seedless jam with the juice. Tasty and no problems for folks with dental bridges.
Split Rock, Only one? The birds will get their share. Only one and they'll claim it all! We waited two years after transplanting our raspberries. Canes that bear this year should be pruned in the fall. They propagate through the roots. Yes, it will spread.
Yum! I just bought my first raspberry bush at the Farmer's Market last Friday. I can't wait until it starts bearing fruit – I wonder how long that will take. I just have to find the perfect spot to plant it and then hope it does well and perhaps will even spread so I have even more bushes!
Salivating!
Out my previous residence I had a large red raspberry patch. I sorely miss it.
Raspberries? Nonetheless, they sure look good!
