This is how it is supposed to work

This morning, Sylvia left for a week at her dad’s. Before she left we were shredding cabbage and preparing it for the freezer. The kitchen was a mess. I was developing a nasty sinus headache. When Sylvia left, the kitchen was spotless. I told her that she had left me no excuse if she came home and found it messy. ❗
I’ve been working on an online project with our son in Omaha. It has turned into an all-day affair. That’s mostly my fault. :dunce:

I’d like to come home to clean kitchens and other places.
I consider myself “On Notice” and “Under Orders.” I must see to it that Sylvia comes home to a clean kitchen and a tidy house. :rolleyes:
