Today, I put a marker in the garden in memory of Buddy.
Perhaps I should have been committed after the “Buddy incident.” Some seemed to think so. It could be that they viewed this as a sign of senility. It wasn’t. It was Sylvia and me having fun–lots of it. Now it’s over.
I think it’s time to find an itsy bitsy spider . . . Or not.
Now everyone who sees this will wonder who Buddy was.
Buddy was a hornet who lived in the house with us for a couple of weeks. Previous posts told about him with pix.
Oh, you gotta have some fun! I enjoyed hearing about Buddy, while it lasted. Sorry it was (he was) short-lived.
It was fun for Sylvia and me too. We don’t feel bad that Buddy was short lived. :laff:
Well, anyone can be entertaining for a short while. Some future archaeologist will be puzzling this one out.
Perhaps it will be that future archaeologist that will write that book, “Living With Hornets: Life in Twenty-First Century Michigan.” Pity we won’t be here to read it.
There is another journey your internet star will go through.
Perhaps a mushroom will grow where he lies.
Maybe not !!!!
Certainly not. :hkitty:
RIP. To the hornet who became an interent star. Just goes to prove you never know what grand adventures life will throw ya. He lived a full life. :tiphat:
Buddy sought to seek some shelter,
From a life that’s helter-skelter.
Buddy found a sanctuary,
But it was his mortuary.
PS – Sylvia loved your “Internet star” comment.
Violets are blue…Buddies gone…boo hoo, …boo who?
