About Chuck

I am retired after a career in electronics and in publishing. Today, my wife of 50+ years, Sylvia, and I live in a house on a hill beside a dirt road in rural west Michigan. We enjoy living in this country environment where livestock and wild life out number the human population.

    • Now that’s the right spirit. :yea: Unfortunately, I’m still recovering from foot surgery and find myself limited and confined.

  1. Well, it looks lovely well past the evergreens. They don’t look so happy with the weight of the snow.

Our snow was heavy yesterday too. They call it “heart attack snow”…I know why. Gees, there wasn’t much, but DANG it was heavy!

    • The cedars bow in homage to the snow. Moisture from on high to feed the roots below.

Here I sit with my foot elevated and a smile on my face. No heart attack for me. My doctor won’t let me go out and play in that snow. :yea:

    • I agree with your sediment. 😉 The maple leaf influence is not that strong in our speech patterns in this part of the state.

    • Your thinking is right on target. As usual! Neighbor Al plowed the drive this morning, for which he was appropriately paid.
